I am Zubair (Xubair). My friends call me XbR. I believe “Anyone who thinks the sky is the limit, has limited imagination.”

Every moment of our lives needs to be brimmed with love and passion; this love and passion accompany us to our pre-defined goals and objectives; this is what I have learnt and practiced so far.

I belong to a crumbing society of less motivated people. But, when I was teaching to more than a hundred girls in a government school, sitting on torn mats spread on the floor, I noticed most of the girls seemed poor but awfully respectful and obedient. I realized that in the school management nobody was sincere with them, as happens in Pakistani Government Schools. I got to envision that the motivation is what we need most. As I was told not to sweat over by the performance and results, I started to analyze to lay the stone to motivate people around me. So I started discussing those, seemingly, minor things that could bring drastic change. I spent 2 months with them where taught less and motivated more. When there was my last day they were very grateful for what I was being paid. After two months I was stunned to see the results, the best ones in 20 years history of the school.

We are living in a time where we are not appreciated for hundred remarkable achievements but are condemned for minor mistakes. I also came to comprehend that criticism kills our uniqueness and talent. Motivated by those experiences, I decided to craft a group of people who devote their lives to make the most of their lives as well as those around them. Those who help people realize their dreams, bring prosperity: be it physical, financial, mental or spiritual in the lives of people without any prejudice. 2 years’ practice has taught us that all our dreams can come true - if we have the courage to pursue them. Unlike, other organizations offering the same but terribly pricey courses, I decided to make it 100% free. Since inception of Visionaries in 20th June 2009, we have addressed more than 10,000 people through two weekly sessions, one on Saturday and the other on Sunday. Since I laid the foundation of Visionaries, I have had an array of educated and sincere friends who are ever ready to help one another any time, as well as helping me through discussions and arguments, completing my M. Phil. I am pleased to share here that every other day people share their success stories, how they have brightened their relationship, increased income, improved health and spirituality, given up bad habits and acquired empowering ones. It is just the beginning – I have to cover a very long way, of course with the guidance of my friends who have the same level of devotion. I have decided to apply my whole life to the reformation of myself and those around me, around the world.

In Radio Pakistan I wrote scripts, in TV One I was in Current Affairs Department; now I am in Dunya News. I have spent time with MPA’s, MNA’s, Journalists, and Intellectuals. I have also had words with religious scholars. All helped me broaden my horizon.

I believe that every human being is unique and talented, having unlimited power within. It can be discovered and utilized, which we are trying to do. I believe problems are outside, solutions are within. We need to be solution oriented.

In short, I am a motivator, I am a persuader, I am a learner, I am a fun loving person. Life is worth living, I want to live it fully…. It is not length of life, but depth of life.

I do recommend you cut not the wings of your dreams, for they are the heartbeat and the freedom of your soul.
